I guess a point I'm tryna make here is being narrow minded is a disease.

Republican Vice President Mike Pence is pro gay conversion therapy, he's agaisnt women being in the military and even the movie Mulan being legal for encouraging it, while being pro businsesses refusing service to people based on their race, sex or sexuality.

President Trump is filling up the courts with judges who feel the same way, tried to ban immigration, said Mexicans shouldn't judge cases involving Mexians, told Americans who aren't white to "Go bak to to their own country" is expanding the Patriot act, okay with police and government going through private e-mails without a warrant, lied about fundamental things such as his crowd sizes, refused to release his tax returns, bragged about sexually assaulting women, increased oil/gas/coal production while removing enviromental regulations, and has refused to send federal aid to states/cities he doesn't like.

And this is putting aside things like calling the Coronavirus a hoax, claiming Obama did the worst crime in history without being able to say what it was, sued or threatened to sue hundreds of people

Democrats are not any of these things. And you're calling them equal.

No one is saying Democrats are devoid of criticism. But if your beef is "why can't you accept others for being different." the Republican party is the one actively hostile to that is dozens of ways that Democrats literally are not. It wasn't Democrats who were opposed to putting gender equality in law into the Consitution.
