Old people can't hold back the progressives forever, especially if there is no "back to normal old DNC" anti-trump rallying cry. The part about anti-lobbyists is essential, it gives me faith that multiple anti lobbyist crowd-funded politicians are gaining traction. When you're not taking big bribes it's only natural that you take a relatively "far left" stance in an incredibly right wing country. Tbf I know she is funded largely by lawyer firms, but I also know she's hugely crowd funded as well, and won despite her opponent out-raising her 10 to 1, which is virtually unheard of. --- ...
