Im probably not shit at my job, but i find it hard not to take mistakes personally you know what I mean? Think Ive mentioned it before and someone here said its called imposter syndrome. Not much has changed, still sometimes feel like Im shit at my job and Im gonna get found out when something happens. How do you even stop that?

Despite the fact that Ive got my degree and managed to get a job and have been promoted twice with a change of companies in between, when something goes wrong I instantly think of reasons why. Usually its something like maybe Im just inexperienced, maybe I fast tracked myself into the role without grinding it out like most people would have or maybe I should have paid more attention at university.
