But if this goes to trial, it's going to be very relevant.No, it isn't. Or at least it shouldn't be since that has nothing to do with why they were chasing him. Funbazooka posted... No one said reaching down in your pants is a crime but it led them to believe he may have been armed. District Attorney determined it was lawful, in reference to the law, the evidence, the circumstances.They claim to have seen him do that on the surveillance, which is still a leap to having a weapon.
