I haven't done a deep dive into the document or any further digging. But yeah, you cannot be retaliated against by your employer if you do report it even as a concern for potential OSHA violation. OSHA takes their shit seriously and obviously does not want to discourage whistleblowers and risk employee safety. I'm not your attorney, etc. --- ...Snrk.
