Not that hard, it's just the first time I didn't put any Revive materia and Aerith got insta killed by a Tonberry at the start. If you know they're coming though, Triple Slash twice takes care of them. I ignored Cutty and Sweepy at the end and saved Ascension for when I got an opening in the final phase.
