SuperExciteBike pretty much nailed it. Her previous albums are great in addition to being critically praised. It's more of a event in which listeners have seen her continue to develop from album to album while being brutally upfront about her relationships and self abuse / addiction in her lyrics. This album is chocked full of that from what I've listened to.
