Tacos Al Pastor is the bomb. I used to go to mexico in my late teens and 20's and since i'm older than dirt, back then the exchange rate was insane, so the best tacos I have ever had in my life, were freaking 10 cents each. Now, don't get me wrong, my tacos I made with this great meat from safeway (that they sadly no longer have) were incredible, I mean they were better than any american tacos I have had (sadly), but......they did not compare to the tacos in mexico that they cut off rotating legs of meat super fresh and insanely freaking good.
