Even if the test was negative I would still say you probably have it. You should just act as if you do, self quarantine, be very meticulous with hygiene and where you go, stay away from others as much as possible. Take every precaution. Yeah I am planning on self isolating regardless if I end up going to the doctors or not. Even if I wake up perfectly fine, my guess is the cough will still be there and I won't risk it.
