It's a societal/cultural issue that largely harms men, pushing the message that "real" men shouldn't cry.

The argument for that is mighty grey as it's a good thing to say in the context of things you can cope with. Small children often don't realise when they get a scrape that it's a big deal until their parents get in a panic. The crying is there when looking for help, so if you're in a situation you can deal with, what help are you expecting? Real men should be capable so men crying in situations where they should be able to help themselves isn't what a real man does.

A man will be automatically assumed to be the perpetrator of domestic abuse because of the belief that men are always the aggressors.

Or that women shouldn't be violent. Toxic femininity, presenting women as unwilling to attack others and so inherently the one who needs assistance.

A man having the skills to simply take care of himself via cooking, cleaning, grooming is looked down upon as being "feminine" despite the fact that they're basic life skills that everyone should have.

I don't think that's part of toxic masculinity, just classic chauvinism.

The demonizing of soy has a lot to do with xenophobic ideas.
