I dunno.

When I was 9 my dad was out having a fish fry behind his pickup in the front yard with his friends. I am in the front yard. He sees me walk out and I throw some peanuts on the ground. A yearling squirrel com me s down and helps himself. My dad sees this and motions to his friends to watch. What you doing over there boy. Just sitting here eating some peanuts with my friend pete. He sees the squirrel eating another. He gpes in the house and grabs a shotgun and blast poor pete who was just six feet from me. He then skins it, cooks it and forces me to eat it under the threat of I would end up worse than pete. I didn't eat at first as I was crying. He punches me in the gut and a relch. He lets me stop heaving and then says "I told you te eat boy". I ate more poor friend pete the squirrel while my dad lectured me that wild life doesnt make pets and that I should never make friends below my station. It was inferior and thats why it died and he did not. He will not raise an inferior son.

Ah the memories and this was not bull my dad was a mean drunk

How is that anything to do with masculinity? That's just straight hillbilly shit.

The demonizing of soy has a lot to do with xenophobic ideas.
