Also not everyone who is racist is at the level of being a KKK member, and being willing to at least try changing their beliefs through basic education is not a lot to ask for. Obviously you're not obligated to tolerate someone's racism, but you're not helping anyone or anything by flaming someone. And going beyond just words, some people believe someone being racist is justification for physical violence/vigilante justice against them.
