Maybe it's due to the pandemic and all with people finally getting the chance to work remote. I also work from home and while it has drawbacks, I'm not sure I'd really rather go into an office. That's it 100%. When I got hired and when I got promoted I tried to negotiate at least some number of work from home days both times. Hard no.
