| MachineJaipur 03/26/20 4:24:14 PM #16: | did they say like "$325k obo"? if they never stated a price and you have no context on what is a good price to offer then that sounds like a them problem. depending on the area $300k could be a high ball or a low ball, but I wouldn't say that's a bad starting offer to open up a conversation for pricing ...
