They're a pain to get, but if you want to upgrade certain items you need multiple of them. They only spawn in certain places under a full moon, so it's probably the most annoying item to farm in the game. Ah a full moon is when they drop? Yeah I missed one by like 5 minutes (5 in-game minutes, can you imagine how infuriating) and was fuming. I still haven't got one yet but now that I can make elixirs that boost my speed, the next time I see one I'm just gonna run as fast as I can to it. They appear during a full moon? Is it every time?
