I mean even a supposed universal payment would run into both political and adminstrative issues bro, I'm just laying out the argument. I don't care that much. I'd much prefer spending everything we'd spend on corporate bailots or social programs just go to universal cash payments to individuals, even if it meant millionaires got some. But I don't think that's realistic politically
