If you scroll over a shrine and see a chest icon next to the name, you got all the treasure. If not, there's unopened chests in there. Oh huh thanks! I've been putting a sword/weapon stamp near a shrine for that reason, so that I remember there's a cool weapon here that I don't want to take out yet which I can easily teleport back to at any time.
