Topic | Anyone workout in the afternoons/evenings but still prefer morning workouts? |

On says where I work early like 6-3 or 10-7, I'll have to try not to eat anything all day, then go do my workout later and eat right after. Days off or days where I work 3-12, I'll go in the morning on an empty stomach, workout, then eat. Or if I have no choice, workout after the 3-12 shift. --- "Your flesh is a relic, a mere vessel.
