The .zip folder also contains an executable file called SetACL, which is a command-line utility from Microsoft that is used to take ownership of registry keys for all of the changes it makes. Assuming you run the batch file from the folder it came in, everything should be there and that check will pass.

(It also contains a few other things inside a "Windows" folder, but I only check for SetACL)
