Man, I thought 5'10-6 foot and 150 was small/light, I can't even imagine 6 foot 120.

I'm an ogre, though I have a bit of a tummy (I can pound on it with my bear paws...which hit alot harder then most guys, with no problem though...it's still quite hard when tensed).

Prime weight (Without working out a ton to add mass) for me is 220....which I was right around till 27.

Went up to 240 by the time I met my wife (at 27 I actually started to gain weight a bit even though I had pretty much always eaten at least 3x as much as most normal guys (IE 2 large pizzas for me, vs 1 large pizza that my 4 other friends would share lol).

I gained another 20 or so over the next 10 years, to about 260....but could still mountain climb (even inverted climbing at the metrion in SJ (Ie where your litterally upside down).

About...5 years ago I became diabetic though and they put me on glyberide (among other things and even though I was working out/dieting, I gained 17 pounds (and after I told my doctor I was informed that is normal on glyberide).

I work out/do areobics but while I get down to about 270, I can't get lower than that....just seems to be my body norm at this point...very frustrating.

Still really wanna lose about 20-40 though, get back down to 240-250 so I can go white water rafting and mountain climbing again, even have a mini-van to do the trips with..........but just have had no luck this year so far, something always comes up and disrupts my fitness routine etc.
