Examples include exposure to loud sounds, whiplash, head injuries, too much ear wax, or medication side effects." Since apparently you don't have exposure to loud sounds, does anything else on this list apply? How bad is the ringing? Clearly it must be something noticeable to you if you've only began to notice it recently.
