brestugo 02/26/20 1:26:18 AM #2:	You can always go down to the Registrar and cast a vote in person. Either touchscreen or a paper ballot (paper ballot recommended). It will be a provisional ballot but assuming you're not involved in any electoral shenanigans otherwise it will count.
