If Kasumi is going to decline from low-midcarder to mid fodder, Tina's not gonna stay stable. Sure, TJF helps and might even provide a floor - I'd probably never put an appealing TJF character at LAW fodder. I don't see any reason to assume that floor is gonna be above low fodder though and Tina has very little else. other than beating gordon anyways.
