For me, when I see a driver doing similar dumb shit, I immediately react to it like that person is just dumb and should stay off the road but in truth we honestly dunno what's going through their mind. We dunno if they're playing on their cell phone that's causing them to be drive bad or if they are genuinely distress. We dunno so we can only hope to pass through it as best we can.
