What baffles me about the 'Republican's clogging the lines' thing is that you'd think the DNC would be able to enact something like caller I.D., do recounts/verifications, and not have these mess-ups in the first place. Didn't they do even a basic test run of this app beforehand? Run it through debugging? Write the numbers down on a napkin or, well, ANYTHING? Why didn't they use email when they realized there were problems?
