He's not anti-war, nothing on private prisons, obviously will favor lobbying. He's against single-payer as well, so people will continue to pay stupid prices for healthcare. He's probably going to disregard new energy technology in favor of fossil fuels, as well as ignore the rust belt's general well being as far as jobs go as they'd never support him anyway. No one actually knows what Pete Buttigieg supports because he never talks about policies, just empty catch cliches about "unity" and defeating Trump.
