If I don't know the composer or haven't listened to the song before I'll just have to say what I've noticed and think is cool about it and what I have in my ranking notes. This is the 'good' tier. RANK 46 Sonic: Before The Sequel Prismatic ~ For Hilltop Heights Act 3 Pacific [ELIM] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cw4BzXxAMLM this is a chill beat. i like the rapping and the background jumpy synth it adds a lot of rhythm and coolness to what might have been [to me] just a bland sonic green hill zone remix. vaguely reminds me of sonic mega collection music. Pacific has left the ranking! They dropped out at Tier 4 - The Science District. Their lowest song was RANK 114 [Densha De D - Climax Stage ~ Can You Feel It], and their highest song was RANK 46 [Sonic: Before the Sequel - Prismatic ~ For Hilltop Heights Act 3].
