Ho-Oh (Pokemon) - High fodder

A quick check for polls confirms what I had already was pretty sure of, that Lugia is indeed more popular than Ho-oh.

It might be a little strange for "thing on the box of Gold" Ho-oh to be lower than "thing on the box of Crystal" Suicune but I think Suicune should have been high fodder too so whatever!

Chester (Chester) - LAW Fodder

Obviously.
I'll note that while Chester is the weakest character we've ever had, Dancin' is not far off and is the clear second. He only got 55.39% on Chester despite an absurdly good board vote (he was beating Caim at the freeze!)

Mad Piano (Super Mario 64) - Low fodder.

Waddle Dee - Low fodder

I do think Waddle Dee winds up sorta close to mid fodder just on grounds of being a sorta recognizable Nintendo guy. Think he'd beat Mad Piano without issue.

(Do we measure strength in Chesters by how many times greater their vote share would be over Chester or how many times greater their x-stat value is?)
