Topic	Thoughts on restaurants/stores start closing 15 min before actual closing time?

This, I used to work at a fast food place that would actually close lobby when the store closed and you have no idea how annoying it is trying to mop the floor as random fellow #1 and his ragtag group of friends walk around the store as your mopping.
