If I didn't eat breakfast before I'd be moody, slow, fatigued, etc. do you count your calories? did you study nutrition in in college? i'll admit a lot of the info you mentioned in your very first post went over my head, especially the stuff about Ph of the stomach. that is on a level that I cannot even comprehend. i always found nutrition to be very confusing and often have difficulties understanding what is really healthy and what isnt. i know there are probably resources on the internet, but for me I never really had a huge interest in it. not making excuses, just explaining why im a fatty lol. --- pojr I summon it.
