The company itself has called out its policies as being shit for its workers. I think you'd be very foolish to think that nobody is complaining. No single employee is going to risk their neck to say that their company is abusing them. The industry has made it very tough for crunch to be an issue you can come out and talk about.
You would be the type of poster to unironically post a Kotaku article. The author even directly quotes the CEO and then later on twists his message:
One of the ways the company plans to do that, Iwiski said, is through a non-obligatory crunch policy that isnt brand new but that the Warsaw-based CD Projekt Red plans to push harder. He wants to make it clear to Cyberpunk 2077s developers that even when the studio asks them to work on nights and weekends, its not mandatory.
...Weve created a lot of force functions for us to improve, said Iwiski. Making this commitment, I hope it shows that we are treating this matter very seriously.

Of course, anyone whos worked anywhere knows that a request from the boss doesnt need to be mandatory for it to be something you have to do. When probed, Iwiski wouldnt promise to limit crunch to certain periods or offer specific numbers
