I mean, every game in the series is already represented. Generally by two characters. Another character that isn't Mildly Different Link Character Model might be nice and all, but I don't think it's inherently a better choice than representing games that don't have anything. You can easily be a Fire Emblem fan without having a character from one of your favourite Fire Emblem games, or even much in the way of spirits or music (prior to the Byleth reveal this was me in fact, with two of my three favourite games in the series still having I believe two spirits and two songs, all from the same game, included) --- Meow! ...
