The tractor pinned their car on a guardrail before it caught fire as Tomey and Kirk were killed instantly but Hadley's body was only discovered in the burnt car!! 34 y/o Matthew Lewis Small from Michigan is charged with 3 counts of reckless homicide, a level 5 felony Police received multple calls about a major crash as first responders discovered the crash involved 8 car and a semi tractor trailer The other cars were seriously damaged in the crash as 14 people were taken to the hospital Police said Small told them the accident happened when he looked down to set his coffee mug down when he ran into slowing traffic as he plowed through the back up Police said it was a sad day for the 2 families and that distracted driving or driver inattention is a major cause of many accidents and that because of driver inattention, he should be held accountable Are you guilty of distracted driving?
