But unless the job was some kind of make work thing, what they were doing still needs to be done by someone. You might claim that they are getting what they are worth, but what about the people at the top? Amazon is owned by one of the wealthiest men in the world, yet it treats its warehouse workers like slaves, gives them terrible working conditions, and pays them next to nothing. Their customer service has been outsourced to the 3rd world where they pay pennies for the service. Boeing's CEO ran the business in such a way that over 300 people ended up dead, but instead of going to jail, he is walking away with millions after being fired.You guys gotta stop thinking just because you're filling a role doesn't mean you're owed something greater.
