People need to stop saying "its not the dog its the owner"...Yes, some people can raise a dog to be meaner or kinder, but that doesn't change the fact that its still an animal with its own instincts, and this particular breed is an instinctual attacker. I'm not saying ban them, but get one at your own risk and don't keep spreading that "its how you raise them" stuff....because you can raise them to be nice and a family dog but the moment it gets nervous or something sets it off its going to attack and forget all the "nice teachings" you gave it..Kinda like Chimps, and they're even more human like than a dog. People have owned them, they raise them, for the most part the chimps are usually fine with their owner and are able to live just fine...until something sets it off and its animal instinctive side kicks in. Like that one 911 call from a woman who owned a chimp that got scared and ripped the face off of her friend. Not even the owner could calm it down and even she knew the only way to stop it was to kill it.
