| Topic | Anyone else think things like "I'm no good" every day? |

I have two kids who think I'm the best dad and I constantly feel unworthy of their love. I've hated myself since I was about 5 years old. Rough. You ever talk that out with a professional? Seems pretty clear that you're not in the wrong, you just can't process things in a favorable way for yourself. You really should find the tools you need.
