i know...which is why i said what i said. i think you should tell people once there's a strong indication of romantic attachment. it should be during the time when you're "dating" when its clear you've crossed the line between "hanging out" and going on "dates", because presumably a physical relationship would be incoming in most cases at that point. so both people should be clear about who they are and what they are working with.
