But, I do believe that our justice system is overly punitive in general, and the 4-5 lurid stories people have highlighted out of 400 pardons doesn't change that fact. It's disappointing to see that this has sparked some outrage and calls for harsher sentencing from people who otherwise believe in ending mass incarceration.He wants to cap all setences at 20 years. I fucking hate liberals sometimes. They got bright ideas, that doesnt work in the real world. This dude is the definition od a joke and soyboy. I agree that NON violent offenders shouldnt serve much time, bit one dude cut off his partners head, mother fucker should serve life --- Will not change this sig until Tommy Wiseau wins an Oscar (Started 12-21-2014) ...
