I had a neurologist tell me I couldn't possibly be having seizures because "it's not possible to be aware you're having a seizure". Oh and how about the shit doctor who came out to see my grandma when she temporarily lost the ability to move her body and unable to get off the floor and said it was her schizophrenia acting up and left her there to deal with numerous strange symptoms, until eventually her head became visibly enlarged and they couldn't deny she had a brain tumour. Or the doctor who repeatedly told my mother for over a year that her cancerous tumour was an allergic reaction. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
