That's the issue with the Left that is growing is that some can't seem to separate being Anti-Israel from the anti-Semitism itself and resort to that to show they are Anti-Israel. A lot of anti-Semitism is reported to be rising significantly on college campuses themselves and a lot of it is relatively expected to be tied to anti-zionist campaigns that have come up on campuses.
