Topic	Why did Luke keep the Skywalker name? STAR WARS SPOILIES

In-universe, I'm sure Wookiepedia has some nonsense taken off of a Chinese knockoff action figure but in ANH itself, what makes you so sure uncle Owen's last name isn't Skywalker?
