| Zanzenburger 12/08/19 11:12:20 AM #1: | I'm teaching a statistics class this spring and I want to pepper in humorous or interesting clips of statistics or data analysis used in TV shows or movies. Anyone have any recommendations for shows or movies I could check out? Recommendations for specific scenes would be best, but even just general show/movie recommendations could put me in the right direction. Anything that involves probability, sampling, polling, distributions, results reporting, quantitative analysis, charts/graphs, etc. Though nothing like the "GUI interface using Visual Basic" crap from CSI. I don't want to confuse the students further. I know I've seen tons of shows with scenes like these but now that I actually need to use them I'm drawing a blank.
