a hotheaded man who was using obscene language and profiling (these are facts based on the transcript with police) continued to follow someone he was told explicitly not to follow which then led to a confrontation.

So ya, its not a fact Zimmerman started the fight but it is a fact he instigated the situation that led to the fight. These are undisputed facts of the case.

So do we assume he Martin savagely attacked him all of a sudden? Maybe, though its hardcore speculation grounded in nothing but Zimmermans own words, as opposed to assuming Zimmerman started it based off his demeanor and spoken statements on a recorded phone call.

So ya, fuck him and fuck his bitching. Dude should be rotting in prison for disobeying a direct order from authority.
