It's not about dating racists, obviously you don't want to do that. It's just that your dating pool is so much stronger. Even discounting the outright racists, I've seen multiple times "Sorry no black guys. My family just wouldn't understand" on profiles. Not literally, but the gist of it. Interracial dating still gets you stares at time. Even if you get past all of that, the guy still has to do all the work because a lot of women in the south are "old fashioned" which means they will never ever initiate things and want to be wined and dined.
