And just to comment, this is a huge deal. It deserves to be second. The reason shit gets approved and backed is because people are looking to help themselves. Like Yang says. Change the incentive and motivation and whats rewarded, and youll get people actually trying to do things for the people. Too many people pass stuff to help them ahead of time even if its worse for people, I believe.
