And why would someone then need to keep using medication? That seems extremely contradictory. Basically they are asking parents to play Russian roulette. It at least seems morally wrong, because there is a reason you are still HIV positive, else you could just donate to any sperm bank, not exclusively a HIV positive one. That alone is extremely questionable for me.
