See, I see no sources to back up.the claim that "undetectable levels" is a guarantee that it is not transmitted. And why would someone then need to keep using medication? That seems extremely contradictory.

Basically they are asking parents to play Russian roulette. It at least seems morally wrong, because there is a reason you are still HIV positive, else you could just donate to any sperm bank, not exclusively a HIV positive one. That alone is extremely questionable for me.

Even if there is a 1% chance your unborn could have AIDS, it is completely disgusting to take that kind of risk with your unborn child's life.
