Even when there is direct video evidence of him doing something wrong (and I always think back to his Pokemon Moon playthrough where he called his viewers lazy because stream attendance was low), the best we get is an apology with a strong "but" attached to it. He technically made a mistake ... BUT the detractors! BUT things were taken out of context! BUT he's being judged on things he did in the past, and he's changed! Or, more commonly, there is no apology at all: if you bring up something you think he did wrong, you are a fucking idiot who is derailing the stream with your negativity.
