Topic	Christian folk, do you get to see your pets again in heaven?

There are probably trees in heaven, but does a tree go to heaven when it dies? I don't think many people would say yes to that. Animals are in the same category as plants tbh. It's kinda sad but it also makes sense. I can imagine that someone who has spent their entire life among animals and nurtured and cherished them with respect and love will be utterly heartbroken to learn heaven has no animals. Afterall, heaven is supposedly paradise. That's not saying heaven wouldn't have animals, just that they wouldn't be the same ones that were on earth.
