But then you'd open doors concerning whether or not the government has the right to co-opt it entirely (and if so, what they can use the money for), or if it essentially winds up having to sit in an evidence lockup forever or wind up being destroyed to take it out of circulation (which is what happens with a lot of physical evidence after cases are concluded). And that is precisely my issue. I dont trust that any money confiscated would be allocated appropriately ... Copied to Clipboard! |
