Tangela at least has the design going for it which is the same reason I'm not putting Lickitung up here. (Seel kinda has the same argument but more on generic cuteness instead of a slightly memorable design) Drakeryn posted... Paras has the whole mushroom horror thing going for it (the mushrooms on its back are parasites that eventually take over the host; compare Paras' eyes to Parasect's) 100%.
